At Shizuoka Distillery, we create different cask whiskies based on the pot still used for distillation and the origin of the malted barley.

The Pot Still series consists of single malts bottled separately from each type of cask whisky, while United S is a single malt made by combining all of the cask whiskies produced at Shizuoka Distillery.
