About Us

Our Vision

Let’s make whisky that expresses the terroir of Shizuoka!

This is our vision at Shizuoka Distillery. Every day, we devote ourselves to making spirit, dreaming of the day when our Japanese whisky, born and nurtured by Shizuoka’s natural bounty, will be enjoyed in Japan and around the world.

We hope that those who taste our whisky will visit Shizuoka Distillery and come to feel a connection with the place we call home.
